I’m Alyssa, a Counselling Therapist specializing in neurodivergent-affirming & trauma-informed care for youth (10+), adults, couples and families. I work with people navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, executive functioning, attachment wounds, and the experience of feeling like traditional approaches just haven’t quite fit.
I believe therapy should feel human. Not clinical, rigid, or one-size-fits-all. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the person in front of me. Together, we can make sense of the patterns beneath what you’re experiencing, build practical strategies that actually work for your brain and your life, and create meaningful change without losing sight of who you are.
